After the huge success of the very first

Alexandria’s Food & Wine Festival in 2012, we are proud to announce its return on June 22nd, 2013 from 12pm -7pm.

The festival is a community-based event dedicated to promoting local business development and demonstrating the benefits of living, working, and playing in the vibrant Carlyle District. The event will feature tastes of local foods and wine, as well as artisans, a Children’s Corner, and live entertainment. The event transforms John Carlyle Square into a lively festival venue.

It is easily accessible by car, Metrorail or Dash Bus. It is conveniently located just three blocks from the King Street Metro Station and four blocks from the Eisenhower Avenue Metro Station on Metrorail’s Yellow and Blue Lines.

We give back to the community: a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Alive! Inc. - ALexandrians InVolved Ecumenically – an organization of volunteers from more than 40 religious congregations dedicated to helping Alexandrians in need.
